Return/Exchange Policy

An item can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the same condition you received them and in all original packaging. 

You must provide proof of purchase and a reason for your return. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded to you.

Once your return has been received and inspected, if approved, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow several days for processing.

If a certain amount of time has gone by and you haven't received your refund, first check with your bank. This can take several business days to process. If still no refund, please email [email protected].

If you are returning items over $75, tracking and insurance is recommended. We can not guarantee we will receive the returned items.

Exchanges will only be granted in the case of damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange for the same item please email [email protected] and we can discuss the best way to proceed.

If your item was purchased as part of a fundraiser, refunds will not be granted.
